Payment Options

These options are as follows when ordering with S&S Processing:

• Billing Your Account
  All products can be billed to your account at S&S Processing. If you do not have an account with us, you can download the Credit Application on our website and return it back to us for approval.
• Credit Card
  All major credit cards are accepted for payment.
• Cash In Advance
  Advance payment is always accepted prior to delivery.
• C.O.D.
  Payment upon delivery will be accepted; however there must be someone on hand to meet the driver and complete payment before the load is dumped.
  

Ordering Process

It’s simple to order S&S Processing materials and products. Just call our dispatch office at 800-237-SOIL (800-237-7645) Ext. 1.

They will coordinate a delivery schedule that meets your needs as well as ours with the availability of our trucks. When ordering, please follow this important information:

• During our busy season of mid-March through June, the proper amount of time needed for delivery may be longer than usual. We have a large number of delivery trucks available, but understand they are not unlimited.
• To give us proper time for delivery and to assure you a scheduled time, be sure to place your order as early as possible.
• Directions are required ASAP. They can be given while ordering or via fax or email. Orders can still be placed if directions are not yet ready to be given. Please note - deliveries can not be made without directions.
• When delivery is made to your site, instructions will need to be given on where to place the products/materials. It is important someone meets our delivery truck at the site. If this is not possible, there needs to be a noticeable mark made to where the load is to be dumped. Upon request, a call can be placed for approximate time of arrival.
• Please inform us of the current condition of your site when ordering. This is important for appropriate dumping by our Tri-axle and/or 40 foot dump trailers. Drivers will make decisions upon arrival if the place for delivery is sufficient. Please let us know if it is going to be exceptionally tight or difficult to deliver into your site.
• Weather conditions can affect your delivery. Some deliveries can happen rain or shine, others may require rescheduling. Please call ahead to check if the weather will be a factor in your delivery. If there needs to be a rescheduling, it will be done as quickly as possible.
